1. Return Policy:

   At Linki Games, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

2. Return Eligibility:

   All items are eligible for return withiin 30 days of the orginal purchase date. Items must be in new and unused condition, in their orginal packaging, and with all tags attached.

3. Return Process:

   To initiate a return, please contact our Customer sevice within the 30-day period. 

4. Shipping and Packing:

   Please pack the item securely in its original packaging. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.

5. Refunds:

   Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

6. Exchanges:

   If you would like to exchange your item for a different one, please let me know at the time of your return. we will be happy to assist you with the exchange process.

7. Shipping Costs:

   The costomer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g.,defective product,wrong item shipped,etc.)

8. International Returns:

   International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs or import duties that may be incurred.

9. Sales Items:

   All sales are final on clearance or discounted items unless the item is defective.

10. Damaged or Defective Items:

    If you receive a damaged or defecctive item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including the cost of shipping.

11. Exceptions:

    Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective.
