    At LINKI, we are committed to getting your orders to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs.

  2. Shipping Methods:

    Generally, we provide Standard delivery. We also offer extra Expedited and Express delivery options. The delivery time and cost will vary depending on the method chosen and your location.

  3. Delivery Timeframes:

    Timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on factors such as destination and order processing times.  

  4. Order Processing:

    Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.  

  5. Shipping Confirmation:

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment.  

  6. Delivery Location:

    We deliver to most locations worldwide. However, some locations may have restrictions or additional charges. Please check our shipping information page for more details.

  7. Signature Required:

    For security reasons, a signature may be required for delivery of high-value items. If you are not present to sign for the package, the courier will leave a card with instructions on how to collect your delivery.  

  8. Delivery Failure:

    If a delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address information or if the package is not collected within the specified time, we will attempt to contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional charges may apply for redelivery.

  9. International Shipping:

    For international orders, please be aware of your country's customs policies as you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are not included in our shipping charges.  

  10. Returns and Exchanges:

    We offer a 30-day return policy. If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact our customer service team for assistance. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

  11. Force Majeure:

    LINKI will not be held responsible for any delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, such as severe weather conditions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.
